different eggs for Breakfast

I don't know about the rest of y'all, but we eat a lot of eggs.

We have 10 chickens one is a rooster who is so tiny and so cute and such a little naughty boy.


 it's hard to keep track of him.


So we probably eat eggs about four times a week and we love them. But trying to find different ways to cook them is a little tiring. 
My favorite way is the 4 minute egg made with toast cut in the strips like soldiers usually for strips per slice depending up on the bread. The other day as I was scrolling through Facebook I found a different type of egg it's an omelette it's very small and it's wonderful.


Eggy onion rings. 
I didn't name it my wife did so blame jher blame her 

4 eggs 
1 onion
Cherry tomatos
Chives 
Shredded cheese 

Cut the onion into half inch slices take the onion apart for each ring save the larger ones and put the smaller rings away for something else. Heat pan first.Oil the pan, I used olive oil. Place onions in the pan as many as you can fit or want make sure they sear a little bit to the bottom of the pan before you do anything else give them a minute or two 
Wip the eggs and put them in a measuring cup and fill the inside of each onion. Do it slowly so that the bottom Sears first and then fill it the rest of the way up if it leaks a little bit it's no big deal while it's cooking take the tomato and slice it in a small slices I prefer like I said cherry tomatoes put a slice of tomato in each one take a little bit of chive and put it in each one and then cover the rest with cheese let it cook till it's almost done flip it over. Serve hot.
