different eggs for Breakfast

I don't know about the rest of y'all, but we eat a lot of eggs.  E up We have 10 chickens one is a rooster who is so tiny and so cute and such a little naughty boy.  it's hard to keep track of him. So we probably eat eggs about four times a week and we love them. But trying to find different ways to cook them is a little tiring.  My favorite way is the 4 minute egg made with toast cut in the strips like soldiers usually for strips per slice depending up on the bread. The other day as I was scrolling through Facebook I found a different type of egg it's an omelette it's very small and it's wonderful. Eggy onion rings.  I didn't name it my wife did so blame jher blame her  4 eggs  1 onion Cherry tomatos Chives  Shredded cheese  Cut the onion into half inch slices take the onion apart for each ring save the larger ones and put the smaller rings away for something else. Bamboo

Since we had our first apartment 53 years ago. We have always loved bamboo.I remember buying the material for Judy to make our first set of curtains in our first house and it was bamboo print and I thought someday we're going to have who in our own house or yard. We currently now have four different varieties. The ones in the pictures you see I think reach about 40 ft or more. When I look at them in all its beauty, I  remember the curtains half a century ago.
